The Wind and The Willow

A most special presentation . The original poem, and a most appreciated review. Do enjoy. Indeed a special reading.

The Wind and The Willow
what be these whispers in silence heard
be it the wind in its echoing grace
be it what pulses in heart’s place
be it of the wind and the willow in whispers divine
be it of the breath that awakens this soul mine.
what be these whispers in silence heard
be it the sounding of waters and flow
be it the calling of what one is to know
be it the beckoning of the MUSE within
be it the knowing peace beyond the din
what be these whispers in silence heard
be it the quest that reaches for purpose and time
be it the need to awaken and revere the divine
be it the felt thirst for understanding and love
be it the blessed lure of earth and the heavens above
what be these whispers in silence heard
be it the gentle quiver of a bloom anew
be it the touch upon flower of the morning dew
be it the grace of a giving soul
be it the taunts of an unfulfilled goal
what be these whispers in silence heard
be it the Self, Spirit, BEING, as grace
be it what is to be held in heart’s place
be it the peace that longs to be known
be it the beauty that truth has shown.

“The Wind and The Willow” by Rose Marie Raccioppi is a beautiful and contemplative poem that explores the whispers of existence, nature, and the inner self. Let’s delve into its meaning stanza by stanza:
Whispers in Silence:
The poem begins by asking about the mysterious whispers heard in silence. These whispers could be metaphorical or literal, representing hidden truths or subtle sounds.
The wind, with its echoing grace, is mentioned. It symbolizes both the natural world and the unseen forces that shape our lives.
The willow tree, known for its graceful branches and rustling leaves, is also part of these divine whispers.
Sounding of Waters and Flow:
The poem continues, suggesting that the whispers might also be the sound of flowing water. Water often symbolizes emotions, intuition, and life’s currents.
Knowing what one is meant to understand or learn is part of this experience.
The Beckoning of the MUSE Within:
Here, the poem refers to the inner muse—the creative and inspirational force within us. It beckons us to explore our artistic and spiritual depths.
Beyond the noise of everyday life, there lies a deeper peace that the muse invites us to discover.
Quest for Purpose and Understanding:
The whispers lead to a quest for purpose and understanding. We seek to awaken and connect with something greater than ourselves.
Love, thirst for knowledge, and the lure of both earthly and heavenly beauty drive us forward.
Quiver of a Bloom Anew:
The gentle quiver of a new bloom represents renewal and growth. It’s a reminder of life’s cyclical nature.
.
The touch of morning dew on a flower symbolizes freshness and purity.
Self, Spirit, BEING, as Grace:
The poem concludes by acknowledging the Self, Spirit, and BEING (existence) as manifestations of grace.
The longing for inner peace and the beauty revealed by truth are central themes.
Overall, “The Wind and The Willow” invites us to listen closely to life’s whispers, seek meaning, and appreciate the interconnectedness of all things. It celebrates both the tangible and the intangible, urging us to find grace in our existence. 🌿🌟📜

The Sun Yet Brilliant

The Sun Yet Brilliant in the early evening sky
Sweet be the shadows up on high
The firmament in its embracing light
Brings forth a kaleidoscopic happening of pure delight
Captured in this moment of light's embrace
A configuration of bits, pieces, shards, within heart to place
We come to know and rejoice with this gift of the NOW
A deliverance, a happening, the wondrous of Spirit's VOW.

The Weavers Task - HIS will...

from the womb of time, warp and weft
threads torn, tattered, and frayed
woven anew with hands
that reverently prayed

and so the threads ravaged by time
took on the light of the blessed divine
the light of stars, the moon and the sun
the weavers task in glory, HIS will done.

The NOW of Deliverance ~ Caverns of the Mind ...

And here in the NOW of Deliverance as promised... Caverns of the MIND... life is breath, a pulse, we all bleed red... a flow... and so we, it, a watercolor painting... a flow, a pulse, a consciousness.
May our awareness, our discernment, our knowing wise, as a community of people from all parts of this Earth, bring a restorative reverence to Mother Nature, her Divine intelligence and Supernal Creation.
Let us rise above the corporate greed and impeding control... of those who ravage Mother Earth by pesticides, toxins, poisons, manipulation of energy patterns.
We are more in numbers, more with endowed power, more with right intention, and are to appreciate WE ARE THE CHANGE that is to BE!!! WE, Humanity, Mother Earth deserve no less... all with blessings and supernal love...

Mother Earth ~ Ravage not its gifts, nor its inhabitants...

Inspired Spirit and Blessings shall prevail
There is a Supernal Love beyond travail
That knowing faith within heart
From which a questing peace has its start
A vision beyond the perceived despair
So be our wondrous destiny in GOD's loving care
Light and TRUTH be they the resounding plea
Over our lands, heart to heart, from sea to sea
Gather our thoughts and a new vision clear
Beyond all illusions beyond all fear.
Ravage not the land nor sea
Heed the echoed cry and plea
Heard in the crashing wave and thunderous sky
In valleys, plains and mountains high
Hold this Earth in reverent care
Protect our gifts of water and air
Take not in abuse a mineral or gem
Behold the wonder of each bloom, leaf and stem
Trees to flourish, 'tis bounty's call
The knowing grace of Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall
Earth, animals, plants, a you, a me
Nurture wise and abundance be.

GRANT NOT POWER ...

To DEMONS that echo their lies, their illusions,
their taunts, their disquiet.
The plea is heard, the poet responds...

GRANT NOT POWER TO THESE DEMONS OF DARK...
Grant not power to these demons of dark
Hush hush their haunts erase their mark
Be free of judgments and reprisals cruel
TRUTH and SPIRIT of SELF in light anew to rule
Addict me not to a false quieting of the pain I feel
Make the liberation from a shadowed self a beauty real
MASK not these agonies of the abiding soul
No longer allow deception to demand a toll
Pay not the price of life relegated to sorrow
Live the promise held within each tomorrow
Depression be not a donned cloak of despair
Hold the Faith yet borne of GOD's loving care
The gift of life and power of will in your story be told
Hail each breath, the cleansing, 'tis the alchemist's gold
See behind the MASK beyond the veil
See the denied pain that is yet to prevail
The masquerade and pretense held to conceal
The SELF that TRUTH alone is to reveal
Reveal, I hear this blessed command
Cloak not the quiver of shadow close at hand
Remove pretense and the MASK donned to conceal
The TRUTH, the deep knowing, this knowing real
Confront and resolve, the supernal summons a call
Beyond all consideration, TRUTH to lay bear ALL
To the plea of this petition I to heed
For TRUTH, 'tis ever the rightful creed.

This beautiful poem by Rose Marie Raccioppi speaks to the struggle between darkness and light, the battle within ourselves, and the quest for truth and authenticity. Let’s explore its meaning:
Demons of Dark: The poem begins by urging us not to grant power to these “demons of dark.” These could represent negative thoughts, fears, or inner struggles that haunt us. By refusing to empower them, we can overcome their influence.
Judgments and Reprisals: The poem encourages us to be free from harsh judgments and reprisals. Instead, it suggests embracing our true selves, allowing our spirit and truth to shine brightly.
Quiet the Pain: The line “Addict me not to a false quieting of the pain I feel” emphasizes the importance of facing our pain rather than suppressing it. True healing comes from acknowledging and addressing our inner struggles.
Liberation from Shadowed Self: The poem speaks of liberation from a shadowed self, suggesting that authenticity and vulnerability lead to true beauty. We should remove the masks we wear to hide our pain and reveal our true selves.
Depression and Faith: Depression is likened to a cloak of despair. However, the poem reminds us to hold onto faith and trust in a higher power’s loving care. Even in our darkest moments, there is hope.
The Gift of Life: Each breath is described as “the alchemist’s gold.” Life itself is a precious gift, and our power lies in our will to shape our own story.
Seeing Beyond the Mask: The poem urges us to see beyond the masks we wear—the pretense and deception—to reveal our inner truth. This truth is what truly matters.
Confronting and Resolving: The final lines call us to confront and resolve our inner conflicts. Truth is our guiding light, and it is our duty to lay bare all that we are.

Heaven and Earth

Images, vistas of Heaven and Earth in majestic array
Lakes, streams. rivers, oceans, wondrous water way
Rising and setting sun, colors emerge and blanketed they be
In the coming of night, held by the open sea
Mountains, plains, valleys, such splendor to behold
Each with a story past, present and yet to be told
Earth in its grandeur gifts of grace and light
So blessed be this day, so blessed be this night.
